Business Philosophy
In working with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses I have found that companies are like people - they all have their strengths, and they have their weaknesses. A good business philosophy would include some philosophy towards companies as it would towards people - achievement with respect. My interest is not in finding what is wrong with companies; it is in assisting them to be more effective in their business.
"Problems cannot be solved at the same level of awareness that created them." Albert Einstein The outside perspective that Albert Einstein alluded to is what Caldwell Corporate Business Development provides in focusing companies to achieve the most effective employee and business results. The Caldwell philosophy includes that people in a corporation can be more effective in their accomplishments given a better perspective of possibilities and means to achieve their goals.
In my experience companies can achieve their goals more effectively and more quickly than they do. This is true for Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses. The key to better results is involving an experienced, talented, outside perspective in business development that can expose opportunities for more effective growth. My goal is the same as the corporations that I work with - achieving excellent business results. My philosophy involves the mutual benefit of my work building your corporation, and that my work with you builds my corporation. Therefore excellent results is paramount. My work is in creating success. It is ideal for companies that are clearly committed to improving the success of their business. |
